Hello Love, I’m origanally from Maine and now proudly serving our North Shore community from here in North Andover. As a busy mom of Lucas, I know exactly how important it is to feel special, pampered and beautiful in a cozy, comfortable ambiance. I’ve designed the salon experience in a way that will leave you feeling uplifted, relaxed & more confident. I’ve been a stylist for 20 years & love my clients and craft. I am a forever student always learning about the new trends & business tools in classes throughout the year. I am a great listener and really care and want to make yourhair goals a reality. I always tell people I am seasonal,lol. Always changing my haircolor. I always want you to be stay fresh & address any issues you may have with your hair. When I’m not in the salon you can catch me hanging out with my son Lucas. We enjoy our family time crafting, attending a festival, catching a game or show… anything as long as we are together.

Tara Molloy, Master Stylist

Tara is a welcomed addition to our Pamela Lucas Family. Tara and I worked together about years ago and are excited to be working together again. Tara is a independant contractor renting a chair here. Aside from being a great stylist, Tara is proud to be the only girl in her home. She’s a wife and a mom of 2 little boys and 2 big boy dogs.

Kaitlyn, Master Stylist

Kaitlyn is a welcomed addition to the Pamela Lucas Family. Kaitlyn and Tara used to work together back in the day and are excited to be together again. Kaitlyn is an independent contractor renting a chair here specializing in natural haircoloring and short haircuts. Aside from being a stylist 10+ years, she’s a wife and mom of two little girls as well as her adorable pug Mugsy. When she’s not doing hair you can find her reading and traveling with friends and family.

Our salon is currently made up of 2 stylists and an assistant. Everyone on my team is essential to help me reach my vision. We have big dreams! Our salon culture is creative, cozy, comfortable and inspired. But most of all we love having a great time serving our clients daily.

I am currently looking for an experienced hair stylist. The ideal person(s) I would be looking for is:
1. Looking for a salon that thrives on creativity & passion for the industry
2. Wants to control their own schedule.
3. Loves setting and achieving goals.

5. Would want to work within a team atmosphere that supports and lifts you up & encourages you everyday.

We have full and part time rental or commission positions available for artists like you to join our team.

Requirements: – Must have a current MA cosmetology license. – Should be open to expanding your clientele. – Be willing to think outside of the box. – Have at least 2 years experience on the floor. – Must be motivated.
